Personal Statement

I come from a small town called Sanford where I spent majority of my time drawing and playing basketball because that's pretty much all there was to do for me, but I enjoyed it nonetheless. This year transferring to NC State has been an amazing experience. I've enjoyed every second of it from the late nights working on studio work to the early mornings tidying up studio work or just going for a walk before class. Within less than a year here I've done so much so fast! Some of things I take part of here on campus includes my major which is Architecture. I'm apart of a Living and Learning Village called BMI- the Black Male Initiative, CLDP of course, and I also work for UREC!
